Chief Operations Officer

Sets comprehensive goals for performance and growth
Designs and implements financial strategies, plans and procedures
Establishes policies that promote Coda's culture and vision
Oversees daily operations
Leads members to encourage maximum performance and dedication
Evaluates performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Submits reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
Assists CEO in fundraising ventures
Participates in expansion activities
Manages relationships with partners and vendors

Wassim Elmasry

Communications Director

Actively participates in executive decisions

Fills out and signs official documentation on behalf of the initiative
Advises departments and seeds in the creation of their events
Organizes meetings with seeds and departments to gather feedback and identify areas of improvement
Contacts sponsors and applies for governmental funds

Ghina Faucher-Jabado

Administrative Director

Actively participates in executive decisions

Finance Director

Responsible for budget management
Ensures financial transparency accross all Coda seeds
Develops and enforces the financial management policies
Ensures the responsible use of funds raised
Organizes annual meetings with members from each seed

Amrit Das

Director of External Relations - Outreach

Actively participates in executive decisions
Responsible for expanding and increasing the exposure of Coda
Responsible of recruiting new members and establishing new Coda seeds in various academic institutions
Assist Coda seeds in organizing Coda events
Participate in regular meetings with Coda seeds and gather feedback to cater to needs

Akash Pattni

Director of Internal Relations

Actively participates in executive decisions
Maintains communication between all Coda teams and seeds
Collects information on the progress of event planning
Conducts post-event evaluations to document event successes
Gathers feedback from across the initiative concerning areas of improvement
Analyses the strengths and weaknesses of the initiative to discuss with the executive team
